5. High back pressure in the exhaust
   NOx regeneration inhibited

Fault Detection
Condition
If the sensor signal voltage exceeds a calibrated threshold for a calibrated time, a signal
range high fault will be set.
Normal Operating
Condition
0 % to 85 % EGR valve position
